![]() Instead of simply doing surgery and following instructions (or not) like many simulators, it takes a turn into more absurdity. This sequel is wildly different from the first game. The game follows the four player characters as they learn more about the facility, and likely its founders. While things were still being worked out, four excited trainees showed up ahead of schedule but Pam Preston, one of the founders, saw it as an opportunity to test out the program. Some of the founders had different views on the ethics of medicine leading to some hitches in the program. Not surprisingly, things didn't go without issue. The friends ended up with a grandiose building called BOSSA Labs and put together the Surgeon Simulator Training Programme to begin teaching. They created their own medical facility but got a little carried away in their dreams. ![]() They set out to teach anyone and everyone who wanted to learn how to be a surgeon. Four friends decided surgery was meant to be for everyone and not just the rich and bourgeoisie. Surprisingly, yes, there is a story for this simulator.
